On November 21, the 39th China Plant Protection Information Exchange & Pesticide And Sprayer Facilities Fair was held at Nanchang Greenland International Expo Center, Jiangxi Province. Flufenoximacil: Broad herbicidal spectrum, fast acting, high activity, environment friendliness; effective in control of weeds resistant to glyphosate and glufosinate herbicides, providing growers with a "desired burndown weapon" (already marketed brands include Kuairufeng, Supurui and Yisuke).

Fluchloraminopyr-tefuryl: Long shelf life, broad herbicidal spectrum, stable at low temperature; effective control of weeds that are resistant to glyphosate and glufosinate herbicides such as alternanthera philoxeroides, horseweed herb, Solidago canadensis L. This is a redefinition of the standard of burndown herbicides (already marketed brands include Guanhu, Wanshanhong and Wentianqiang).

Isoflualanam: An insecticide with novel mode of action, independently and innovatively developed by KingAgroot, with both stomach toxicity and contact toxicity, being an environment-friendly product of great significance to the Chinese pesticide industry development.

Moreover, a few days ago, the transgenic event corn KA-1G2015-1 and soybean KA-6G2016-7 were granted biosafety certificate by the Chinese Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. This is the world's first commercialized GM corn and soybean tolerant to PPO inhibitor herbicides like Flufenoximacil, being regarded as a great achievement of China's innovation-driven development strategy and seed industry revitalization initiative.
